About Us

International Students House (ISH) is a charity that believes every young person should have the opportunity to succeed, whatever their background. 

We provide accommodation if young people need a place to live while they study, scholarships and hardship funds to support their education and social activities to foster an international community. 

We’re now looking for a Maintenance Administrator to join our team and support the upkeep of our housing in London.

The Role

As a Maintenance Administrator, you’ll help to co-ordinate maintenance activities for our accommodation in London. 

Working with our Maintenance Manager, you will: 

- Track planned maintenance operations and assist with daily scheduling activities 
- Help to allocate maintenance requests to team members 
- Carry out or assist with new staff and contractor inductions 
- Ensure that records are up-to-date, including health and safety information 
- Assist with annual supplier reviews

About You 

To join us as a Maintenance Administrator, you’ll need: 

- Strong administration skills 
- A good level of IT literacy 
- An unrivalled eye for detail 
- Great communication skills 

We’d love to hear from you if you’ve worked as a Property Administrator, Administrator, Admin Assistant, Office Administrator, Admin Clerk, Property Maintenance Administrator, Property Maintenance Co-ordinator or similar. 

This role is available on a full or part time basis, working 38.5 or 30 hours per week. The closing date for applications is the 7th June 2019.
