The role is offered as an apprenticeship, based in the Finance department, covering a wide variety of tasks such as Sales Ledger and Cash Collection; payments and receipts postings; and control accounts reconciliation. The Apprentice will gain experience across all of the Finance functions of the charity and spend one day per week studying externally for the AAT Level 3 qualification.

Finance administration duties, to include:

- Responsible for raising sales ledger invoices for Flats and Garage / Townhouses.
- Processing of monthly Direct Debit collection run for Flats, Garage, and Car park customers
- Assist in the completion of the Bank reconciliation by posting all customer receipts and supplier payments
- Support in the monthly reconciliation of the credit card statements
- Support the credit control function by contacting customers on overdue debts
- Responsible for raising invoices for House and Contracts and assist in the reconciliation of the contract accounts at the end of every month
- Responsible for the petty-cash analysis and inputting on monthly basis
- Responsible for the monthly reconciliation of the Flats and deposits control accounts
- Support in the distribution of the monthly management accounts
- To meet the demands of the qualification requirements and work with the training provider to ensure qualification is obtained within set timescales
